How do I present a slideshow?
After starting a meeting click on the button, with the green arrow pointing up, at the bottom left of the "Presentation" window.
Next, click on the green "add" symbol to open the file browser.
Select the file you wish to upload and click open. NOTICE: If you are having trouble uploading certain slide show files, resave them as a PDF file and reupload them.
Once you have selected the file you wish to present, click upload, and the upload will begin. Depending on the size of the file, this may take several minutes. Please be patient.
Once the file has finished uploading, it is now ready to be presented.
You can upload multiple presentations to the meeting by repeating the steps above. There is no limit to the number of presentations that can be uploaded, but no single presentation can be more than 100 slides (pages) in length.
You can scroll through the slides by clicking the forward and back arrows below at the bottom of the window.
Or you can click on a specific slide by pointing your mouse in the area below the image, and then clicking on a specific thumbnail.
You can also zoom in or out of the image by using the zoom tools.
If you have uploaded multiple slide shows and want to display a different one than is currently displayed, click the Upload button in the bottom left corner of the Presentation window, just like you did when uploading your first presentation.
In the upload window, click the drop down under Uploaded Presentations and choose the one you want to display. Once you have it selected, click the Show button out to the right and that presentation will be displayed.
